These beauties are in a small flower bed beside my front pathway. The plants were tiny last spring when my daughter gave them to me. My son in law grew them from seed ; and this Spring they have bloomed beautifully. My only wish is that the flowers would last longer. It has rained for the last 24 hours so the Poppies are not looking so good, but lots of other things are coming into bloom.

Poppies are beautiful.. my mother grew them. I just don't think I have enough sun here.
I wanted to comment on your other post about hand quilting.. it is one of my favorite things to do too. :-)
